One day Tsuruume may learn that about Marine BUT UNTIL THEN SHE REMAINS AN ABSOLUTELY PESSIMIST IN REGARDS TO OTHER PEOPLE. but yeah that Talk. We. We need that Talk.

A huge reason the fallout for that trauma game even happened is because, as she is, Tsuruume doesn't know where all of her boundaries are. For this one in particular, the discomfort she felt at the idea of killing people blended in with the discomfort she felt from working according to the whims of something she considers an enemy, but since she has to cooperate with the Persona she ended up barreling through both sides of it to jump into the deep end of the pool to learn to swim. The same goes for the meatskill- she knew, instinctively, that she shouldn't eat it, but she felt she had to even though she'll throw up for it later.

So basically there are a lot of things she doesn't want to do even for the sake of the team, but without her memories to back up those hesitations she can only think of them as a hindrance and will end up doing it anyway. What is certain is that she has absolutely no qualms with valuing some people over others, and though she'll absolutely avoid killing anyone ever again after this she will absolutely prefer the best option for Heliodor (and Coral) over a good option for everyone.

And Tsuruume really wants her memories back because she's in this lost, uncertain place right now that she absolutely hates because she hates to be uncertain of herself and even more she hates to be uncertain of Ginshu and she feels like the only way to get a solid base under her feet so she knows what she's doing and feeling is to regain her memories. Which is more reason to absolutely want to win.
