This is a good starter memory for Erika, I think, because it gives her a good sense of self-- she knows what she's like (and that's a pushy, upbeat, cheerful person). There are also a bunch of silly things like working together with a group of friends, so the feelings and what happened will give her a good start in a teamy situation. Also she won't remember her name at all.
