They always want us to choose people that will get hurt or die. Some games depend on how popular you are, and some games depend on attack points that you have to put on other people. There's never an out, and if there is, they want a lot to even make sure someone won't get hurt or die.

What kinds of things do they ask for to make sure no one gets hurt?

In the elevator game, we had to pick people to shove down so that we could go up.

They don't deserve anything dragging us here in the first place. I don't care if they need our help-- I hate people who don't try to at least help themselves first.

I don't know what they value. . . One is a pirate, though. Do you think he'd like treasure?

[already reaching for her hairpins, since they have gemstones in them. not that it would be a lot, though.]

It's not a lot, and they probably aren't anywhere near enough, but they can have these. They have real gemstones in them!
